On April 5, 2016, ITE UIUC student chapter took 34 members to visit O’Hare International Airport for a tour. We say the United Airlines Cargo Facility, the sixth largest in the world, air side facilities (including some cool military hardware), and the CDA Operations Tower. Participants clicked tons of pictures and videos of planes landing and taking off.
We’d like to thank the Engineering Council, United Airlines, Chicago Department of Aviation, and ITE Illinois for making this tour possible. We hope to make it a regular feature.
